The leather sheath for our Coho fixed blade can be carried on your 1.5" belt inside or outside of the waist band, and the clip can be mounted on either side of the sheath so it is completely ambidextrous.  Beyond belt carry, you can also pocket carry your Coho or slip it into a boot, the Discreet Carry Concepts clip offer a lot of options.
